B&Q Online Tutorials is dedicated to empowering learners from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing accessible, high-quality education through modern technology. We believe that every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we offer one of the most affordable ways to prepare effectively for Grade 12 examinations.
Our approach goes beyond traditional teaching — we focus on assisting learners in their academic journey. We simplify complex concepts and present them in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, allowing each learner to grasp content at their own pace and according to their individual learning style.
We identify and bridge knowledge gaps by building on what learners have already covered in school. Bonga Sibeko (Life Sciences & Physical Sciences Tutor)
B. Sibeko was born in a small village near Newcastle called Utrecht... Driven by his passion for learning and teaching, B. Sibeko began supporting fellow learners at a young age.
B. Sibeko's current pursuit of medicine at the University of Cape Town has given him the opportunity to specialize in Life Sciences tutoring.

Bonga Sibeko
Bonga completed his matric in 2024 with outstanding results. He achieved an average of 99.5% in Mathematics and Physical Sciences combined — 99% in Mathematics and 100% in Physical Sciences.
Qiniso Mtshali
Qiniso excelled in Mathematics and Physical Sciences in high school, scoring 95% in both subjects. He is a Mathematics tutor and a founder of the programme.
Khulekan Siyanda Theo Mazibuko
Khulekani is a Web developer who works with B&Q Academy to ensure smooth communication with learners. He developed systems that keep everyone connected and built the website.

📢 APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN TO ALL GRADE 12 LEARNERS
Applications are open to all Grade 12 learners at the beginning of each academic year. We open on the Monday of the second week of January. Late applications during the year are subject to minimum requirements.

- Physical Sciences: 40% or higher

📢 Dear Parents and Guardians
B&Q Online Tutoring Academy is pleased to invite Grade 12 learners to apply for our Summer Holiday Camp, running from 30 November to 15 December 2026. This page outlines the important information parents need to know before enrolling their children.
The camp will take place at Izazi Secondary School, Osizweni, where we have been granted permission to use the venue. Classes will run daily from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Learners must arrive by 8:00 a.m. and leave by 2:00 p.m. There will be no overnight stays.
The programme is independently managed by B&Q Online Tutoring Academy and is not operated by the school’s teachers or staff. The school has only provided the venue. All teaching, tests, activities, training, and discipline will be managed by our academy. Please direct all enquiries and concerns to our management team or the founder, Bonga (B.) Sibeko, on 071 569 7828. B. Sibeko is a former learner of Izazi Secondary School.
📋 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Participation fee is R500 per learner (teaching, tests, educational activities, and training)
- Food is not included — learners must bring their own lunch, snacks, and drinking water
- All lessons are face to face — no online classes during the holiday camp
- Parents are encouraged to apply before 30 November 2026
- Late applications may be accepted, but may disadvantage learners · Fee remains R500
- Full attendance from 30 November to 15 December is expected · Punctuality is compulsory
🛡️ RULES & CONDUCT
Learners must follow all programme rules, which are designed to protect their rights and safety and prevent bullying, violence, and other unacceptable behaviour. Rule violations may result in disciplinary action or dismissal. No refund will be issued if a learner is dismissed for breaking the rules, even on the first day. Parents are encouraged to monitor their children’s work and support their academic progress.
About the Host — Bonga Sibeko
Founder and Programme Manager · B&Q Online Tutoring Academy
Second-year Medical Student at the University of Cape Town. Former learner of Izazi Secondary School. Position 4 in AMajuba District Top 10 (2024). Number 1 in Mathematics and Physics in the whole district, and one of the top 3 in both subjects in KwaZulu-Natal.
Started tutoring in Grade 11 (2023) and has been tutoring for 4 years. Founder of the B&Q Online Tutoring Programme.
